An activity wall where customers could fill out a sticker and give feedback about their experience with the MasterControl product in all stages of use.
Pins that customers could earn as they worked their way through various activities at the event. Activities included workshops, giving a testimonial in the video booth, providing customer feedback, networking and attending the offsite TopGolf event.
Table signs featuring a different MasterControl customer in the food and beverage industry. Each scheduled break was sponsored by a different customer which allowed attendees to enjoy their products.
Each MasterControl Summit features a Hackathon, where attendees give feedback on changes they want to see made to the MasterControl product. The features are narrowed down and groups of developers work to complete and implement those features before the Summit is over. This year the developers were divided into three teams, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. Each Hackathon room also sponsored a different type of innovation that MasterControl invests in.
As part of the MasterControl Summit, an offsite event is planned for attendees. This year's event took place at TopGolf.
